My Business Philosophy

Some real estate professionals see themselves primarily as salespeople.  I see myself as a consultant and advisor who happens to be paid only when I help my clients successfully complete their objectives.  The difference between these two philosophies is that as a consultant and advisor, you and your best interest are my primary focus.  I will work with you to discover your wants and needs, and then do my best to fulfill them.  My goal is your satisfaction--that is what I believe being client-focused is all about. 

Over the years I've heard a lot of complaints about real estate agents, but one of the main concerns I've heard is that agents don't listen.  I believe this is because most agents simply do not take enough time with their clients to really understand their needs.  They also don't ask the right questions--they may not even know what questions to ask.  My background in technology consulting taught me the value of doing a thorough client interview before working with a client so that we can assess your needs.  This allows me to understand what you are looking for and to begin educating you about the home buying process.  And, it allows you to decide without any obligation, if you are comfortable working with me.
